A huge ‘Thank You’ to everyone who attended Alrewas’ first ever Fit and Fun Run.
The event was well attended as nearly 200 runners took to the streets of Alrewas to run/walk our family friendly 3k course. Everybody made it to the finish line where they received a colourful medal rewarding their achievement.
Following the run there were refreshments, stalls and games on the school field. Although the weather turned a little chilly this did not stop families enjoy what was on offer.
Due to the uptake and generosity of everyone who took part, we have made a healthy profit (final total to be confirmed) which will be split between All Saints School and Stepping Stones.
